Nedbank Innovate-It Challenge

Sponsored by Nedbank, the Innovate-It Challenge is a development programme that aims to unleash the talent and innate desire of your learners by encouraging them to develop future plans that are designed for success. It does so by guiding learners to identify potential further career opportunities, then helping them to invest into their future by designing strategies for achieving their goals. Learners will learn to identify and plan for the use of required resources and the importance of managing money properly by projecting themselves into the future.

An innovation in itself, the Nedbank Innovate-It Challenge provides educators with the materials and models required to inspire innovative ideas that herald new opportunities. In other words, it provides educators with the tools they need to fulfil the curriculum requirement for career development in the classroom as a means to motivating South Africa’s youth to make suitable planned career plans that are financially viable.
